Arriving in Perfect Condition
Every order is hand-packaged with care and shipped with the same intention that goes into making it — that your chocolate arrives exactly as it left us.
From the moment your order is placed, we monitor temperatures along your shipping route to ensure nothing is compromised in transit. No melted messes. No shortcuts.
Processing & Tracking Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days, subject to inventory availability. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email — please allow up to 24 hours for it to activate.
Carrier Forté products are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the season and your selected delivery speed. Enter your tracking number at the appropriate carrier’s website to follow your order to your door.
