Day 25: Christmas Morning Reveal
The journey culminates with Day 25: an individually numbered, limited-edition glass snowflake ornament, handcrafted exclusively for the Inaugural Reserve Edition. Our featured artist is often credited as a pioneer of the modern Vitrigraph methods and a guest instructor at the Pilchuck Glass School co-founded by Dale Chihuly.

Will next year’s calendar be different?
Absolutely. Each annual edition will be a new experience. While future calendars will continue to explore the art, music, and science behind chocolate and feature special collaborations and a collectors snowflake ornament, the chocolates, discoveries, artistic elements, and experiences will evolve each year. Every edition is designed to become a distinct and cherished collectible.
Why is the calendar limited?
The Advent Calendar is produced in strictly limited quantities because the chocolates and confections are handcrafted in micro-batches by Forté Chocolate’s artisan team.
Forté is a boutique chocolatier, not a large-scale manufacturer using large scale industrial equipment to mass-produce chocolate. Every calendar requires extensive hands-on craftsmanship, from creating the individual confections to assembling and preparing each calendar for shipment.
This commitment to artisan production is reflected in Forté Chocolate’s more than 150 national and international awards from respected organizations and competitions, including the Specialty Food Association, th International Chocolate Awards, and the Academy of Chocolate. Master Chocolatier and Founder Karen Neugebauer is one of the most highly awarded female artisan chocolatiers in the world.
How many 2026 Advent Calendars will be produced?
There are only 1800 calendars available for this Inaugural 2026 Edition. We highly recommend ordering early as these are expected to sell out quickly.

Advent Calendars will ship in early November 2026. We will contact customers before shipping to confirm the shipping address and any personalized gift message.
Can I order more than one Calendar?
Yes. You may order as many Advent Calendars as you would like, subject to availability. Calendars can be shipped independently to the different addresses of your choosing. We will contact you before shipping to confirm the destination for each calendar.
If I order other products alongside my Calendars, will they ship together?
No. Advent Calendars are shipped independently from other Forté Chocolate products. This helps protect the calendar and its temperature-sensitive contents during holiday shipping.
Do I need to store the Advent Calendar in the refrigerator?
No. Although each chocolate is meant to be enjoyed on its designated day, we hand-craft all of the confections for the Advent Calendar to be kept out on display at room temperature and experience throughout the Advent season without refrigeration.
Can I apply a discount to Advent Calendars?
No. Because the Advent Calendars are meticulously crafted in strictly limited micro-batches by our Master Chocolatier and her team, they are exempt from site-wide promotions, coupon codes, and discounts. The VIP Early Bird Pre-Sale is the lowest guaranteed price of the season.

Our Master Chocolatier and Founder, Karen Neugebauer has personally developed or collaborated with featured bean-to-bar craft chocolate makers and kiln-formed glass artist to create each and every item in this Advent Calendar. She is also a talented graphic artist and has personally designed the calendar, packaging, inserts, and shipping mailer for a unified and seamless experience. Chef Karen is assisted in the making of the chocolate by her highly skilled and dedicated team of chocolate artisans in Skagit Valley, Washington
CHOCOLATE & CACAO EXPERIENCES: Explore a broad range of chocolate and cacao experiences, including 100% cacao liqueur (cacao beans crushed and refined into a liquid), craft chocolate, couverture chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, oat-milk chocolate, white chocolate, wild-grown cacao, and cupuaçu, a fruit closely related to cacao.
CONFECTION FORMS INCLUDED: Discover a variety of handcrafted confection forms, including truffles, caramels, enrobed confections, sugar glass, toffee, panned nuts and fruit, sipping chocolate, and chocolate barks.
TASTE & TEXTURE PROFILES: Experience a wide range of flavor and texture characteristics, including intense, nuanced, soft, brittle, crunchy, chewy, acidic, sweet, salty, and bitter. Many confections combine contrasting flavors and textures to create dynamic sensory experiences.
INGREDIENTS: Depending on the individual confection, ingredients may include cacao beans, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla, milk chocolate, milk powder, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, Madagascar vanilla, butter, cream, honey, sweetened condensed milk, corn syrup, sea salt, fruits, nuts, peanuts, orange oil, coconut oil, espresso beans, and colored cocoa butter.
Colored cocoa butter may contain food colorants including Blue 1, Blue 2, Red 40, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6.

SHELF STABLE: All chocolate and confections included in the Advent Calendar are shelf stable at room temperature throughout the Advent season. Refrigeration is not required.

Advent Calendar All of the items inside are good throughout the entire Advent Season and for 2 weeks into the new year. Store at or below 72°F, away from direct heat, sunlight, and strong scents. Refrigeration is not recommended — humidity and condensation will compromise both texture and finish.

Because this limited-edition collection is individually assembled by hand, Advent Calendars ship separately from any other items ordered to ensure they receive the care and attention this exclusive release deserves.
Address Confirmation & Gift Notes
In early November, all Advent Calendar customers will receive an email from Forté to confirm the most up-to-date shipping address and provide an opportunity to add a personalized gift note if the calendar is being sent as a gift.
Warm Weather Protection
Chocolate requires special care during warmer months. We closely monitor weather conditions before every shipment. If temperatures along the shipping route are projected to reach 85°F or higher within the 10-day forecast window, we will temporarily hold your Advent Calendar shipment until conditions are safer for transit.
We would rather delay a shipment briefly than risk your collection arriving in anything less than the perfect condition it deserves.
When temperatures allow, Advent Calendars are carefully packaged using warm-weather protection measures, including reflective mylar bubble insulation and cold packs when needed. We ship via FedEx and ship Monday through Wednesday only to help prevent packages from sitting in warm warehouses or distribution centers over the weekend.
