Our team of artisan chocolatiers embody a creative mindset, carefully crafting every chocolate by hand in limited quantities using traditional techniques of tempering, pouring, enrobing, and adding the finishing touches to each truffle, caramel and specialty bar. Bringing out the flavors naturally within the chocolate is a methodical and artful process of blending distinctive ingredients, including savory elements such as a secret blend of chilis, honeys, and spices to produce a well honed harmony of signature flavors — a transcendence likened to experiencing the virtuosity in a musical masterwork.

A Note on Care

Chocolate this carefully made deserves to be stored with equal care.

Bars & Barks Store at or below 72°F, away from direct heat, sunlight, and strong scents. Refrigeration is not recommended — humidity and condensation will compromise both texture and finish. Consume by the “Enjoy By” date printed on the packaging.

Truffles & Enrobed Caramels Best enjoyed within two weeks of receipt. Store in a cool, dry place and keep away from refrigeration to preserve their texture and full flavor.

From the moment your order is placed, we monitor temperatures along your shipping route to ensure nothing is compromised in transit. No melted messes. No shortcuts.

Processing & Tracking Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days, subject to inventory availability. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email — please allow up to 24 hours for it to activate.

Carrier Forté products are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on the season and your selected delivery speed. Enter your tracking number at the appropriate carrier’s website to follow your order to your door.
