Your Forté Luxury Advent Calendar is a specialty collection that receives dedicated handling from our chocolate kitchen to your home.

Because this limited-edition collection is individually assembled by hand, Advent Calendars ship separately from any other items ordered to ensure they receive the care and attention this exclusive release deserves.

Address Confirmation & Gift Notes
In early November, all Advent Calendar customers will receive an email from Forté to confirm the most up-to-date shipping address and provide an opportunity to add a personalized gift note if the calendar is being sent as a gift.

Warm Weather Protection
Chocolate requires special care during warmer months. We closely monitor weather conditions before every shipment. If temperatures along the shipping route are projected to reach 85°F or higher within the 10-day forecast window, we will temporarily hold your Advent Calendar shipment until conditions are safer for transit.

We would rather delay a shipment briefly than risk your collection arriving in anything less than the perfect condition it deserves.

When temperatures allow, Advent Calendars are carefully packaged using warm-weather protection measures, including reflective mylar bubble insulation and cold packs when needed. We ship via FedEx and ship Monday through Wednesday only to help prevent packages from sitting in warm warehouses or distribution centers over the weekend.
