Our Chef Delight Collection focus on the amazing pairing of chocolate and savory foods. The idea behind these hand crafted chocolate bars is that you can follow the simple recipe inspirations shown on the back of the bar and cook with them, or just eat them as they are!
Collection includes one 2 ounce bar each of Rosemary Sea Salt, Balsamic Vinegar, Milk Sea Salt, Honey, Tasmanian Pepper & Lime, Lemon & Pepper
Many of these bars have won industry awards! For example in the 2016 International Chocolate Awards, the Lemon & Pepper in White Chocolate took a World Bronze and the Rosemary & Sea Salt in White Chocolate took a World Silver!

Bars & Barks Store at or below 72°F, away from direct heat, sunlight, and strong scents. Refrigeration is not recommended — humidity and condensation will compromise both texture and finish. Consume by the “Enjoy By” date printed on the packaging.
Truffles & Enrobed Caramels Best enjoyed within two weeks of receipt. Store in a cool, dry place and keep away from refrigeration to preserve their texture and full flavor.
